Start your Saturday morning off right with the perfect blend of gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation. This gentle flow-based yoga practice will start slow as your body warms up, and then build towards strengthening and opening with full-body postures before closing with meditative practices to help balance your subtle systems and hep you find a better state of balance. Allow the expert yoga teacher trainers from Elevate Wellness Institute guide you through a holistic yoga session that incorporates a full spectrum of yoga practices that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated and ready to head into a wonderful weekend. This class is appropriate for all levels of students and will be adapted according to the needs of whoever attends. Proceeds from this class fund our scholarships for yoga teacher training.
