We believe in living the values of yoga practice and being established in the practice of yoga in our lives, our study, and in our business. Our core values include authenticity, integrity, sincerity, and humility. Our intent for yoga education is that it is of the highest quality, providing a foundation for lifelong learning in a diverse and inclusive environment while providing space for personal transformation.
